JHS waterproof cable 300/500V and below waterproof rubber cable for the submersible motor are used for connecting the submersible motor with AC voltage of 300/500V and below. One end of the cable is in water. The long-term allowable working temperature does not exceed 65°C. JHS 6KV waterproof rubber for submersible motor The flexible cable is suitable for a 6KV drainage submersible pump for power transmission, and the long-term allowable working temperature does not exceed 65 °C.
The waterproofing method of the cable is generally divided into two types: longitudinal water blocking and radial water. Longitudinal water blocking is generally commonly used in water-blocking yarns, water-blocking powders, and water-blocking belts. Their water-blocking mechanism is that these materials contain a water-swellable material.
When water enters from the end of the cable or from the defect of the sheath, the material will rapidly expand with water to prevent further diffusion of water along the longitudinal direction of the cable, thus achieving the purpose of longitudinal waterproofing of the cable. Radial water blocking is mainly achieved by extrusion of HDPE non-metallic sheath or hot pressing, welding, and cold-drawn metal sheathing.
